Dumpster was fine. Company broke my gate during pickup, installed a new one but refused to reinstall original hardware after several specific discussions. It cost me $100 out of pocket to repair my gate to some semblance of its original condition, which they refuse to cover. I reached out after seeing their reply to this review, hoping it was in good faith, but they still refuse to make things right.

Very disappointing.

Excellent service by J&S Disposal. Right from the agent who picked up the phone to the dumpster operators were very pleasant, courteous, and professional. They were all very clear about terms and conditions and have been prompt is responding and follow ups. I selected them based on the review and so I need to let people know that this is a great company to go-to if a dumpster is required. They also have removal services where their team can come in and take away the trash for a price!!

This company was very professional when I called them. They were a random company that I chose. I am glad I did. When the driver came to drop off the dumpster he was very concerned because our power lines cross over the driveway and are low. He was very focused on how far he could go and could not drop it exactly where I wanted it. I was very impressed on how well he maneuvered the truck and the care he took regarding the wires. I would definitely use them again.

I am normally not the one who puts a review. However, it was critical to leave this review. I have a construction company and have been dealing with J&S for several projects. One of the recent transaction I did, I clearly identified the location for the dumpster to be placed, and instead they blocked my garage where my shipment comes. After requesting multiple times that the dumpster needs to be koved to my identified location, no solution was provided and they clearly mentioned that they cant get anyone to move the dumpster that was wrongly placed and now my shipment container cant be placed in front of the garage. This is absolute disappointment and mismanagement and miscommunication by the company. Left me hanging for their mistake and it will have significant financial implications and stress I have to deal with when my shipment arrives Tomorrow. I am adding picture of my marking and their dumpster placement
